Privacy Choices

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

Your personal questions deserve privacy. At Fatidica, we believe you should have meaningful control over the information you share, the readings you save, and the ways your information is used.

This page explains the privacy choices available to you, how to manage your information, and how to exercise your rights under applicable privacy laws.

Fatidica is operated by Kateryna Hontar, a registered individual entrepreneur (FOP) in Ukraine.

1. Your Privacy, Your Choices

You can use certain Fatidica services without creating an account. Other features, including saved reading history and account-related services, may require registration.

Depending on how you use Fatidica and the laws that apply to you, your privacy choices may include:

  • Accessing personal information associated with your account.
  • Correcting inaccurate personal information.
  • Managing and deleting saved readings.
  • Requesting deletion of eligible personal information.
  • Requesting a copy of information associated with you.
  • Managing cookies and browser storage.
  • Withdrawing consent for optional processing.
  • Objecting to certain uses of personal information.
  • Exercising additional rights available under applicable privacy laws.

You do not need to purchase a service to submit a privacy-related request.

2. Manage Your Reading History

Fatidica provides different reading storage options depending on whether you have an account.

Registered Users

If you have a registered account, you can manage saved readings through your personal account dashboard.

You may review your available reading history and delete individual readings you no longer wish to retain.

Deleting a saved reading removes it from your accessible reading history. Certain associated records may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is required for legitimate security, accounting, or legal purposes.

Visitors Without an Account

Reading records for visitors who are not registered are retained for up to 14 days.

After that period, they are scheduled for automatic deletion from active reading storage.

If you want to request deletion before the retention period expires, contact us at [email protected].

We may need information sufficient to identify the relevant reading without disclosing it to an unauthorized person.

3. Access Your Personal Information

You may request information about the personal data Fatidica maintains in connection with your use of our services.

Depending on applicable law and the information available, this may include:

  • Account information.
  • Saved reading records.
  • Personal details you submitted.
  • Purchase and transaction records.
  • Information about how your personal data is processed.

To request access, email [email protected] with the subject line “Personal Data Access Request.”

We may ask you to verify your identity before providing information associated with an account or private reading.

4. Correct Your Information

If personal information associated with your account is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request a correction.

You can contact us to update relevant account or contact details.

Where the applicable law provides a right to correction, we will review and address eligible requests.

Corrections to personal information do not necessarily alter previously generated interpretations or historical transaction records.

If an incorrect birth date, birth time, or location affected a reading, a new calculation or interpretation may be required.

5. Request Deletion of Personal Information

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of Fatidica.

Requests may concern account information, saved readings, or other eligible personal data.

To submit a request, contact [email protected] with the subject line “Personal Data Deletion Request.”

We will review your request and delete eligible information in accordance with applicable law.

Certain information may need to be retained when required for tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

Where information cannot immediately be removed from backups, it will be handled according to the applicable backup retention and deletion procedures.

We will not disclose private information to someone who cannot establish appropriate authorization.

6. AI Readings and Personal Information

Some Fatidica readings are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

Personal information identifying Fatidica users is not shared with external AI providers for the purpose of generating readings.

Account credentials and contact information are not provided to external AI models as part of personalized reading generation.

Fatidica may use the information necessary to calculate, prepare, or display a reading according to the selected service.

You control what you choose to include in questions and other text fields.

We recommend avoiding unnecessary identifying details, passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information in reading requests.

For more information about the processing of personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Cookie and Browser Preferences

Fatidica may use cookies and similar browser technologies to maintain essential website functions, including sessions, language preferences, and account access.

You can control or remove cookies using your browser settings.

Depending on your browser, you may be able to:

  • Review and delete stored cookies.
  • Block third-party cookies.
  • Clear website data.
  • Restrict browser storage.
  • Adjust privacy and tracking settings.

Disabling essential cookies may affect account login, reading sessions, or other website functionality.

Where Fatidica uses optional cookies requiring consent, you will be given the applicable choice before those technologies are activated.

If you have previously consented to optional cookies, you may withdraw that consent through the available preference mechanism or by contacting us for assistance.

Read more in our Cookie Policy.

8. Marketing Communications

If Fatidica offers optional promotional emails or similar communications, you may choose whether to receive them.

You may withdraw your consent or unsubscribe using the method provided in the relevant communication.

Service-related messages, including necessary account notices, order confirmations, and security communications, may still be sent when permitted or required by law.

We do not require consent to unrelated promotional communications as a condition of receiving a purchased reading.

9. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Fatidica does not sell users’ personal information to data brokers or other third parties.

We do not share personal information with external AI providers for generating readings.

Where personal information must be processed by technical providers to operate the website, support transactions, or deliver services, such processing is governed by applicable privacy requirements.

Fatidica does not represent ordinary service delivery as permission for unrelated parties to independently exploit users’ personal information.

If future practices introduce personal information sales, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or other activities requiring specific consumer choices, we will update our disclosures and provide legally required opt-out mechanisms before engaging in those activities.

10. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states, including California, may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Depending on the law and whether it applies to Fatidica, these rights may include:

  • Knowing what personal information is collected and how it is used.
  • Accessing eligible personal information.
  • Correcting inaccurate information.
  • Requesting deletion.
  • Obtaining a portable copy of certain information.
  • Opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Opting out of certain targeted advertising or profiling activities.
  • Limiting certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable.
  • Appealing a refusal to honor a privacy request where the relevant law provides that right.

We will honor legally applicable requests and provide an explanation when a request cannot be fulfilled.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against users for exercising their privacy rights.

Global Privacy Control

Some browsers and extensions support Global Privacy Control (GPC), which communicates a preference to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information.

Where applicable privacy law requires recognition of such signals, Fatidica will comply with those requirements.

A browser privacy signal does not automatically request deletion of an account or saved readings.

If you wish to delete personal information, please use the procedures described on this page.

11. European and International Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, you may have additional rights.

Depending on the relevant law and circumstances, these may include:

  • The right to be informed about personal data processing.
  • The right to access personal information.
  • The right to correct inaccurate information.
  • The right to request deletion.
  • The right to restrict certain processing.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to object to certain processing.
  • The right to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

You may also have the right to submit a complaint to a competent data protection supervisory authority.

Nothing on this page limits rights granted by mandatory applicable law.

12. Identity Verification and Authorized Requests

To protect user privacy, we may need to verify a request before disclosing, correcting, or deleting personal information.

Verification requirements depend on the nature of the request and applicable law.

For account-specific requests, we may use relevant account or transaction information to establish authorization.

We will not request unnecessary sensitive information to verify your identity.

Where permitted by law, an authorized representative may submit a request on your behalf.

Certain opt-out requests may not require identity verification under applicable law.

13. Response Times

We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 3 business days.

Requests will be reviewed and answered within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Some requests may require additional verification or investigation.

If an extension is legally permitted and necessary, we will provide the applicable notice and explanation.

We do not charge for ordinary privacy requests unless a fee is expressly permitted by applicable law.

14. Retention and Legal Exceptions

Certain records may be retained even after a deletion request where necessary and lawful.

Examples may include:

  • Transaction records required for accounting or tax compliance.
  • Information necessary to detect or investigate security incidents.
  • Records required to address payment disputes or legal claims.
  • Information subject to a legal preservation obligation.

Retention will be limited to the relevant lawful purpose.

A deletion request does not automatically cancel an active purchase, resolve a payment dispute, or erase records that must legally be maintained.

15. Changes to Your Privacy Choices

We may update this page when available privacy controls, website features, or applicable legal requirements change.

Material changes to how personal information is processed will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.

The latest version will remain available on the Fatidica website.
